The picture of the drone in the calibration steps tutorial looks like a DJI Mavic Air. I will explain some behaviors of DJI Assistant on my computer that may or may not be useful in diagnosing my problem. I don't have another computer to use DJI assistant on. I attempted to calibrate vision sensors again and there was no change. I uninstalled the DJI assistant and downloaded and reinstalled it. Also, when I connect my Mavic 2 Pro to my computer, the grey icon on the screen says "Mavic Pro", not "Mavic 2 Pro". However, I am 100% sure that my drone is a Mavic 2 Pro. I think that the DJI assistant assumes that I have a different drone than the one I'm plugging in. Can you please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Assistant 2 on your computer and try to perform the calibration again to see if there would be some changes? Also, if the issue persists if possible that you can try to use a different computer for us to further isolate the issue. It is recommended to use a monitor with a size of 14 inches or more, and a curved screen is not supposed to be used. I had hoped by clearing the drive and starting from scratch it might work, but clearly not. Previously, if left alone, problem will clear up in a week or so - I just usually can't afford to do that (going into the office will do that). I've gotten it to work previously, but if the time machine disk is disconnected for several days and I reconnect it-run into the same problem.
